For pet owners

Your vet uses PetCura. Here's what that means.

If your veterinary clinic sent you a PetCura link, you can message them on WhatsApp — or fill in a quick form when WhatsApp isn't handy. Your clinic answers in the same place you usually chat with family.

Invited owner flow

Use PetCura if your clinic invited you.

PetCura is not a public veterinary advice service. It is the communication layer your clinic may use to organize messages and reply safely.

  1. 1Your clinic shares a WhatsApp, web intake, or portal link.
  2. 2You describe what is happening in your preferred language.
  3. 3Clinic staff review the request and decide the response.

Three ways your clinic may invite you

The exact path depends on your clinic's setup. The clinic stays in control of advice, urgency, records, and follow-up.

  • WhatsApp

Send a message, photo, or voice note. PetCura structures it for clinic staff.

  • Web intake

Use a short form when WhatsApp is not available or your clinic gives you a direct intake link.

  • Owner portal

Invited owners can view requests and follow-ups that their clinic has made available.

Emergencies still need direct care

If your pet is struggling to breathe, collapsing, bleeding heavily, having seizures, or seems severely weak, call your clinic or local emergency vet immediately.

EN, ET, and RU support

PetCura helps clinics work across English, Estonian, and Russian while staff review the final message.

Your clinic stays in control

PetCura helps organize communication. Your clinic controls medical decisions and keeps the medical record in its PMS.

Reach your clinic

Use the link your clinic sent you, or open the web form if WhatsApp isn't an option right now.
